Sleeping Qigong – Unguided Meditation MP3 Audio
A profound Meditation to support deep, focused rest. Initially we are supported to relax and centre, then reminded gently over 30 minutes to re-centre. Then we stay present to the peaceful music Resting and re-charging for a further 30 minutes.
